Developed by Amalgamated Property Group, Sierra Grand Apartments are centrally located adjacent to Pacific Fair and Jupiters Casino. The property is managed by Mantra, and TDR, as the appointed interior designer and FF&E provider, worked closely with the developer and resort manager to deliver a scheme that reflected both the design intent of the building and the robust holiday use to which the product would be subjected. Our scope of work included the two lobby areas, two different schemes for the displays for owner occupiers, packages for investors, and fitout for the lobby and pool areas. |
